Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

At the moment, we only ship our products within the continental United States. That is the 48 adjoining U.S. states (plus the District of Columbia) on the continent of North America, and excluding the non-contiguous states of Alaska and Hawaii, and all other off-shore insular areas, such as Puerto Rico. 

This shipping restriction allow us to invest in our customer experience and offer free 2-day shipping. This shipping time estimates are provided by our shipping partners and as such are not guaranteed.  

 

REFUNDS

You may return it within 45 days of placing your order for a full refund.  

To receive a full refund, you must return the product in the original packaging with the seal unbroken, along with the packing slip

Once your returned product is received, we will inspect and notify you of the approval or rejection of the return. 

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.

LOST

Packages not marked as delivered by our shipping service after 10 days in transit can be considered as lost. Contact us at cristian@5am.company to arrange a replacement product at no additional cost. 

 

EXCHANGES

All 5AM products have undergone a strict quality control process to ensure consistent specifications. As a result, we do not offer an exchange policy.
